DAY 01: ARRIVE KOLKATA

In time arrive at Kolkata International airport.

On arrival meeting, assistance at airport by our representative and transfer to hotel. Where our executive will explain the travel plan in detail and hand over the essential documents (Tour programme, hotel’s vouchers, feedback report etc) to you.

In the evening you may take a leisurely walk to explore the local market of Kolkata.

Overnight at Hotel.

 

DAY 02: KOLKATA

After breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of Kolkata. The major tourist attractions of Kolkata cover Victoria Marble Palace, Science City, Metro Rail, Memorial Hall, Belur Math, Mother Teresa Home, China Town and Rabindra Setu. In the evening visit the Kali temple for attending the prayer ceremony. Rest of the evening free at your own. Overnight at hotel.

 

DAY 03: KOLKATA TO GUWAHATI (Flight)

After an early breakfast & checkout from the hotel, transfer to airport to board a flight to Guwahati. On arrival transfer to your pre-booked hotel. After wash and change at hotel embark on a sightseeing tour of Guwahati. The major tourist attractions of Guwahati cover Assam State Museum, Pandu, Basistha Ashram, Bhubaneshwari temple and the Kamakhya temple.

In the evening visit the Sualkuchi Village situated 32 kms from Guwahati famous for Golden Muga Silk. In fact, silk grown all over the state find their way to Sualkuchi. Retire for the night in the hotel.

 

DAY 04: GUWAHATI – KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast & checkout from the hotel drive to Kaziranga National Park by road. 

Kaziranga National Park protects the world's largest Indian rhinoceros population, as well as many other threatened species. This national park is situated at the foot of Mikir hill and on the southern bank of the Brahmaputra River. On reaching Kaziranga National Park check-in at one of our listed forest resorts. After taking some rest, explore Kaziranga National Park on a jeep safari. In the evening get enthralled watching tribal dance performance by the locals. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in the Wildlife resort.

 

DAY 05: KAZIRANGA

Early morning, set out to enjoy full-day game viewing at Kaziranga National Park. Return to the hotel for breakfast. There is a western, central and an eastern range. Today after breakfast, move out to explore the central range which gives the best viewing chances for rhinos, elephants and swamp deer plus plenty of bird life. Return to the Wildlife resort in the evening for an overnight stay.

 

DAY 06: KAZIRANGA – JORHAT

In the morning start on a 2 hour 30 minutes drive to reach Jorhat. On reaching Jorhat, check-in at one of our listed hotels. Relax for a while in your hotel room. The major tourist attractions of Jorhat include Majuli, Dhekiakhowa Bornamghar, Lachit Borphukan's Maidam, Chandra kanta Handique Bhavan and the Thengal Bhawan. Evening free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel.

 

DAY 07: JORHAT – KOLKATA (Flight)

In time, transfer to airport to board on flight to Kolkata. Upon arrival meeting assistance at airport by our local representative and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight at hotel.

 

DAY 08: KOLKATA – BHUBANESHWAR (Flight)

After breakfast & checkout from the hotel, transfer to airport to board on flight to Bhubaneswar. Upon arrival transfer to your pre-booked hotel. After wash and change at hotel embark on a sightseeing tour of Bhubaneswar. The major tourist attractions of Bhubaneswar include the Rajarani temple, Mukteswar temple, Lingraj temple and the Brahmeswar Bagh. Evening free at your own. Overnight at hotel.

 

DAY 09: BHUBANESWAR

After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Lalitgiri. En-route visit, Udaygiri and Ratnagiri.  This ancient lush village of Lalitgiri is a holy destination for a large number of Buddhism devotees. Visit the Chaitya hills an important tourist attraction, as several stupas can be found on this hillside. Also visit the brilliant piece of Buddhist architecture atop the Pushpagiri hill. After the visit drive to Udaygiri and Ratnagiri sites which are also enriched with typical engraved Buddhist monuments and ancient sculptures. In the evening return to the hotel in Bhubaneswar for a sumptuous dinner and overnight stay.

 

DAY 10: BHUBANESWAR – PURI

After breakfast & checkout from the hotel drive straight to Puri. Upon arrival, check-in at your pre-booked hotel. Later after wash and change begin your tour in the city by paying a visit to the Jagannath Temple. This temple of Lord Jagannath makes Puri one of the four dhamas in India. The walls of the temple are embellished with exquisite carvings. The pillars that provide support to the temple are adorned with pictures depicting the life of Lord Krishna. Later in the day visit the major tourist attractions of Puri covering Swargadwar, Sakshi Gopal temple and the Gundicha temple. In the evening visit the long and quiet beach of Puri. You can pick up souvenirs, for your loved ones from the numerous stalls lined up around the beach. Retire for the night in the hotel in Puri.

 

DAY 11: PURI / KONARK / PURI

In the morning drive to Konark to visit the famous Konark Sun temple. This temple is worshipped by people from all the sects and walks of life, as the Sun God is highly revered. After visiting Konark Sun temple, drive back to Puri. Rest of the evening free at your own. Overnight at hotel.

 

DAY 12: PURI

On the following day enjoy excursion at the Puri beach. Sea shells are collected here in large quantity. These are the main wealth of Puri sea beach. It is highlight witnessing the dawn over the sea and fishing boats. In the late evening return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

DAY 13: PURI – BHUBANESHWAR – KOLKATA (Flight) / DEPARTURE

In time transfer to airport to board on flight back to Kolkata. Upon arrival board on your connecting international flight with the happy memory of our incredible nation.
